What we collect
When you request a showing we ask for your name, phone number and what you’re interested in. You can also choose a property, tell us a good time to reach you and add a message. We don’t ask for anything else, and the form doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request: to call you, arrange a showing and follow up about the property or service you asked about. We don’t sell your details or share them with marketers. Your broker and our office staff are the only people who see them.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we’re helping you, and for up to two years afterwards so we can answer questions about a past showing or sale. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@platterealty.com or call (402) 555-0148 and we’ll do it within 30 days.
