Our story
Platte Realty Co. is a small, full-service agency on Harney Street in Omaha. Our five licensed brokers live in the metro and show every home themselves, so the person you speak to is the person who opens the door.
We help people buy a first house, sell the family home, find a rental, lease a storefront or hand over the day-to-day running of a rental property. That range is the point: you deal with one office and one phone number, whatever the move.
Every request comes to the office first. We pair you with the broker who knows that area and that kind of property, and we reply within one business day.
